Auggie & Me

R.J. Palacio

Read Wonder before you read Auggie & Me, because this is basically Wonder 2. It is about three characters, Julian, Christopher and Charlotte.

Julian always felt uncomfortable around Aggie. But after a summer with his grandmother in Paris, she helped him change his point of view.

Christopher is one of Auggie´s oldest friends, and he knows that Auggie´s life

comes with challenges.

Charlotte has always been nice to Aggie, but after a year that had been so hard for him and full of damaged feelings, was being nice really enough?

This book is written really well, and explains the other character´s point of view...it explains the other side of the story of some of the characters in the book. I didn´t, however, enjoy it as much as "Wonder", probably because it was the same story but from different perspectives. It was, however, very interesting, and it made me realise that 1 story can have lots of different versions . And each person has different thoughts, different backgrounds and has been through different situations.
